1. The publisher of Namup
Namup is published by Namup, LLC, a Delaware company whose address is 2810 N Church St STE 89757, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Namup is the trading name that company publishes the site and the app under. General contact: hello@namup.net.
2. The legal representative in the European Union
European law on digital services asks any online service established outside Europe, once it stores content its users have put there, to appoint a company inside the Union that authorities and users can approach directly. Namup falls under that description through its document vault: the documents you file there are encrypted on your device and then stored in that form. Encryption does not change that description, because the obligation attaches to the storing and not to the reading. Namup, LLC has therefore appointed the company DataRep as its legal representative, from 31 July 2026, for the European Union and the European Economic Area. 3. Language of correspondence
Any person and any authority can write to us in English or in French. We answer in the language of the request.
4. Scope of the appointment
The appointment holds for the twenty-seven states of the European Union and for the three other states of the European Economic Area, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The United Kingdom and Switzerland fall outside it; for those, the address to use remains hello@namup.net.
5. Personal data
Questions about your personal data fall under a different mandate, with its own contact and its own addresses. The Privacy Policy gives them, in section 13.
