Refund Policy

1. Where we are
Namup is in beta. The app is free today: there is nothing to pay, so nothing to refund. This policy applies as soon as paid subscriptions open.
2. The rule, in one sentence
For as long as the beta lasts: if you ask for a refund, we refund your most recent payment, in full, no questions asked and no justification required.
3. How to ask
Write to hello@namup.net from your account's email address. We confirm your request within 2 business days, and the refund is issued through Stripe, our payment processor, to your original payment method — it typically shows up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime, from the app, effective at the end of the current period — no penalty, no further charge. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, you additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Our beta rule goes further: we also refund beyond those 14 days, for as long as the beta lasts.
